Installation, adjustment and commissioning

Before installation, carefully check whether all parts of the fan are complete and in good condition; whether the impeller, air duct or casing are damaged or deformed due to transportation; whether the parts are connected tightly; if any problem is found, timely repair and adjustment can be carried out before installation and use.

The direction of the fan should be the same as the direction of the fan and the direction of the fan impeller.

The foundation or hanger for installing the fan shall have sufficient strength, stability and durability.

After the fan is installed, check whether the impeller rotation is flexible; whether there are abnormal sounds such as collision and friction; whether there are impurities in the fan to avoid damaging the impeller when entering the fan during commissioning; check the lubrication of the motor to ensure that the fan can start up and operate normally at any time.

The installation personnel are responsible for the safe and reliable installation of the fan and ensure that the operation of the fan will not cause personal injury. In the process of installation, special attention should be paid to the installation reliability of fasteners, safety protection accessories, etc.

When installing the fan, the user should reserve enough space to facilitate the daily inspection and maintenance of the fan, the disassembly of the fan and the replacement of the parts.

Safety rules: the selection, connection and grounding of power line of wind power must be consistent with the technical specifications of design requirements. And connect according to the wiring diagram on the junction box or attached with the machine.

Operation, maintenance and inspection

Regularly check whether the current, voltage and power of the motor in normal operation exceed its rated value.

Regularly check whether the electrical circuit and instrument are correct, whether there is aging or other damage;

When the fan (fan) is in normal operation, regularly check whether the bearing temperature is normal, the bearing temperature rise shall not be more than 40 ℃, and the surface temperature shall not be more than 85 ℃. Regularly check whether the installation foundation and other fasteners of the fan (fan) are firm and reliable;
