Htfc-v series box type centrifugal fan is a box type centrifugal fan with backward inclined blades. The product is composed of low-noise backward inclined blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearing, transmission parts, silencing box, etc. According to the different installation positions, 12 different angles of inlet and outlet positions are provided to meet the different installation needs of users.

Applicable place

Htfc-v series backward inclined double suction centrifugal fans are mainly used for ventilation system of large shopping malls, subways, gymnasiums, exhibition centers and hotels, as well as central air conditioning units, air purification units, fan coil units and other supporting requirements.

Fan features

This series of fans have the characteristics of excellent performance, low noise, light weight, beautiful appearance and convenient installation. Especially in the large flow area, its effective volume flow is 1-2 times larger than the traditional fan.

Fan structure

The air volume of htfc-v series fan ranges from 500m3 / h to 220000m3 / h, and the total pressure can reach 3200pa; there are 19 kinds of impeller specifications with diameters ranging from 180mm to 1400mm, corresponding to No. 1.8, No. 2, No. 2.25, No. 2.5, No. 2.8, No. 3.15, No. 3.55, No. 4, No. 4.5, No. 5, No. 5.6, No. 6.3, No. 7.1, No. 8, No. 9, No. 10, No. 11.2, No. 12.5 and No. 14. The fan is driven by belt, which can meet the wide range of performance requirements by using different belts and motors.

Htfc-v series fan has three types: single machine, whole machine and box type.

The single machine is mainly composed of casing, impeller, frame, main shaft and bearing, but does not include motor, belt, pulley, underframe and anechoic box; the whole machine includes single machine and motor, belt, pulley and underframe, but does not include noise reduction box; box type includes complete machine and sound elimination box body.
