HIFC series box type centrifugal fans are divided into ventilation type and fire smoke exhaust type. They have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, high temperature resistance, excellent performance, novel structure, small vibration, light weight and convenient installation. It is widely used in hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, basements, workshops of factories and mines, office buildings and other occasions that need fire protection and ventilation.

This series of fans have 11 models from No9 to no36, with air volume of 1500-100000m3 / h and wind pressure of 200-1800pa. When the temperature of flue gas medium transported by nxtc series products is 280 ℃, it can ensure continuous operation for more than 1 hour; when the ambient medium temperature is 80 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, it can ensure long-term continuous operation. It is not allowed to carry viscous substances in the gas conveying, and the content of dust and hard particles is not more than 150mg / m³.

Classification and use of fans

HIFC series box type centrifugal fans are divided into type A and type B. The motor installed outside the box is type A, and the motor installed in the box is type B. Type A is used for fire control and smoke exhaust, and type B is used for ventilation.

HIFC series products can choose different motor installation types and matching different motors according to different purposes of users: they can be divided into two types: type I and type II, of which type I is single speed type, type II is double speed motor, equipped with double speed motor, to realize two speed speed speed regulation, which can meet the user's requirements for adjustable performance of different operating points. The fan can also be equipped with variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to realize variable frequency speed regulation. It is suggested that the regulating frequency should be locked in the range of 25Hz ~ 50Hz.

Product features

1. The box structure adopts aluminum alloy assembled structure, and the frame and its connectors are specially designed. The appearance is beautiful, smooth and steady.

2. Large size inspection door is adopted for easy access of maintenance personnel. The inspection door and the frame are fixed by movable lock, which is very convenient for assembly and disassembly.

3. The sandwich panel is adopted for the box panel, and the middle layer is made of noise reducing material.

2. The weight in the table is the weight of double deck panel, and the unit is included in the weight of motor.
